Avoiding Stress with Brain Wave Therapy

This time I post about stress, the below writing about stress and brain waves, which I infer from some of the web.
From Wikipedia Indonesian language;Stress is a condition you are dynamic when an individual is faced with the opportunities, demands, or resources related to what is desirable by individuals, and the results are considered uncertain and important. Stress is a spiritual burden that exceeds the maximum capacity spiritual itself, so it works less well controlled.

From these quotations if taken in a simple red thread stress is caused by a mismatch between what is doing and thinking with reality.
 
Further that, stress is said to be a spiritual burden, meaning that stress is not only related to physical and psychological context, but also relates to a spiritual context. As we know these spiritual things in which man relates to God the Creator.
It is manunjukan that in dealing with this stress, we need to do a positive approach to physical, psychological and spiritual. Some might say the soul and body approach (2 cases), but I have another opinion although I am not an expert, I baerpendapat there are 3 things, namely sports / physical, pisokologi / all things related to the soul, mind and brain, while the spiritual / all things associated with the Creator.
So if I may knowingly, to avoid this stress, are:1. Care about your body with respect to body health, with exercise and incorporate healthy foods into our bodies, so that our bodies healthy and strong and able to increase endurance.Examples of foods that strengthen the fight against stress
    
* Vitamin B complex: reduce fatigue, quickly recover stamina.
    
* Calcium, Magnesium: helps stabilize mood (emotions)
    
* Protein generate energy sufficient for the purposes of stamina and brain power that has been depleted.
    
* Lecithin works to increase the power of brain cells
    
* Nutrient antioxidants contain vitamins A, C, E and beta carotene.
    
* Fiber can help smooth bowel movement
    
* According to traditional Chinese medical point of view, the physical and mental are two parts that are closely linked, mental health can also make the body grow into a healthy direction.
